As we celebrate that Jesus came to be with us, being sent to redeem and bring His kingdom rule on earth, we want to follow Him, discovering and collaborating in this SENT lifestyle. A push week is a brief period where we lean more heavily into all the elements of kingdom movement: Extraordinary Prayer, Casting Vision and Training Believers, Going Out among the Lost, and Seeing Groups Start. Play a role in part or all of what is going on in this short week.
THUR 12/1 Night of Extraordinary Prayer 6-9p @ Southside Church
There is no movement without prayer. We want to Abide in Christ together for His heart and mercy on the lost and the harvest. This will be a three-hour long prayer meeting, Spirit-led and Scripture-saturated.
FRI 12/2 Prayer Walking2-4p @ Courthouse
DMM Why, What, Who, When? 411Training 7-9p @ 31750 Peoria Rd
Meeting on the south lawn of the courthouse we will head in all directions praying for downtown Corvallis with our eyes open. Then that evening we will meet to answer the basic questions of what DMM is about and give you some tools. You will see why we go, where your mission field is, what to share, and when is the best time.
SAT 12/3 Training and Practice for Disciple Makers
9a-2p@ First Baptist Church, Corvallis
This day will be dedicated to learning, growing and going as a disciple maker. The first hour, we will obey and pray. Then after some training, we will practice among the lost Debrief and lunch provided!
