As we celebrate Christ’s love and resurrection power, we want to follow Him, discovering and collaborating in a SENT lifestyle. A push week is a brief period where we lean more heavily into all the elements of kingdom movement: Extraordinary Prayer, Casting Vision and Training Believers, Going Out among the Lost, and Seeing Groups Start. Play a role in part or all of what is going on in this short week.
THUR 4/27 Night of Extraordinary Prayer 6-9p @ Corvallis Community Center
There is no movement without prayer. We want to Abide in Christ together for His heart and mercy on the lost and the harvest. This will be a three-hour long prayer meeting, Spirit-led and Scripture-saturated.
FRI 4/28 Prayer Walking 2-4p @ Chintimini Park and
Movements and Nations Night of Vision 7-9p @ The Courtyard
2435 NW Harrison Meeting at Chintimini Park, we will head in all directions praying for housing areas of Corvallis with our eyes open. Then that evening we will meet to hear about making disciples among refugees, the nations and here at home. What is a DMM: Disciple making movement?
SAT 4/29 Training and Practice for Disciple Makers
9a-2p @ Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler
This day will be dedicated to learning, growing and going as a disciple maker. The first hour, we will obey and pray. Then after some training, we will practice going out engaging the lost. Then debrief over lunch!
